A settlement (“Agreement”) has been proposed in the class action lawsuit referenced above pending with the American Arbitration Association styled Donnie R. Loness and Linda Loness v. U.S. Legal Services Group, Case No. 01-15-0002-4194 (the “Claim”).

- If approved by the Arbitrator, the Defendant will provide a payment of $125,000.00 into a Settlement Fund which, after payment of attorney’s fees in the amount of $37,500.00 and payment of up to $5,00.00 to named Plaintiffs, will be distributed among all Class Members who submit valid claims on a pro rata basis.
